I was upgraded to spotlessly clean and gorgeous standard room with wood burning stove. The hotel's location was great and fantastic on the mountains.

The location in a great area was marvelous and awesome and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. I had coffee at Sonam's Kitchen, located within 10 minutes walk.

Lovely stay of 6 nights. Great family run hotel with attentive and excellent co-operating staff and wonderful views over the mountains. Excellent and incredible location and clean facilities.

Overall it's CHARMING hotel, reasonable value, and the facilities are modern. Consistently courteous personnel is at check-out. Attached restaurant has outstanding food choices.

I just loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and the bed linen was top-notch. The bathroom was well-maintained with all the basic amenities you could need. Plus, the mountain views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was so generous and delicious. From the porridge to the omelette, everything was mouthwatering. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered both Western and Indian style breakfast options. this hotel definitely offers great value for money and I will definitely recommend it to others.

The location is excellent for check in and need not carry your luggage for a long distance. Great staff service and they are very cordial and helpful. The Lady who is incharge is too good and caring. She came all the way down to see us out and wish us happy life. All the rooms are too neat and good. Very spacious and luxurious.

No lifts and you have to climb up the stairs (3rd floor) all the way to reception. You will loose your breath by then and if your room is in fifth floor then that's it. Thats what happened to me. No room heater in the winter season too. You should pay 400 Rs more for the heater is a let down. Should have been included in the room charge.

Had a perfect stay of 6 nights, glad I've chosen it. The hotel had a central position near Keventer's Cafe, shared taxi, and taxi stand & Keventers.

The hotel offers excellent location 4-6 minutes walking distance from Darjeeling downtown. It's in a lovely building in the local area.

This hotel in the center of town is a real gem. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fantastic views of the Kanchenjunga mountain. The attention to detail, like the chest-height shower in the bathroom, adds to the overall comfort. And having breakfast included is a bonus.

All was great, nothing to improve!
